Cancellation Exchange Return and Refunds Policy

At Edhini, we thrive to provide you with the best online shopping experience of our authentic and pure products.Our products are handwoven with delicate weaves that are needed to be handled and maintained with extreme care. We try our best to resemble the original product in our images. The colour of images may sometimes slightly differ from the original colour which is unavoidable. We make sure you do not have to face any slightest disappointment while unpacking your delivery.Hence, return and exchange will be considered in genuine and critical conditions only.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed for cash on delivery are eligible for cancellation before the order is shipped.

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once placed.  

Exchange, Returns and Refund

Return and exchange requests of orders will be accepted if and only if the delivered order by any chance consists of a wrong or defective item sent.

Place a return/exchange request by sending us an email on support@edhini.com through your registered email address consisting of the photos of the item along with an elaborated reason for return/exchange within 24 hours of the order delivery time. No request email sent after 24 hours will be considered under any circumstances.

Your return/exchange request shall be examined and authorized for the same. Upon receiving the authorization mail, send the order back with the same packaging as received. The product must be in original condition and bill intact with the packaging.

Once the order is received at our end, examined and approved as an eligible return, your refund amount will be transferred to Edhini wallet/bank account. Refund process will be initiated and processed  within 7-10 days into your bank account but cannot guarantee the time taken by bank authorities.

Edhini does not refund or exchange any product if returned without an approval.

By any chance, if the packaging of the received order is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and soon kindly contact us on support@edhini.com through your registered email address consisting of an exchange request and photos of the packaging.In case when an exchange request is approved, the order amount will be transferred to Edhini wallet only. Once you receive the refund, you can place an order for the item to be exchanged with.
