At Edhini, we ship with best quality packing and wihin time to all postal addresses through reliable shipping agencies with assurance to deliver your product safely and undamaged for which we require you to provide us a full and accurate address along with pin code/zip code to avoid a delayed or failed delivery.
Tax and Import Duties
For orders within India, freeshipping available and tax rates shall be inclusive of the specified product prices.
For international shipping, all the product prices specified are exclusive of shipping charges and VAT/Customs/Tax rates. The customer will have to pay import customs duty at the time of delivery, applicable in the destination country on handloom products imported from India.Thus, VAT/Import Custom Duties will be additional charges on the order price you pay, respective of your country’s local rules and regulations.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders in India below INR 14999 only, to avoid impairment of fragile and delicate items. For orders above the given amount are to be prepaid through any of the online payment options available.
Time taken to Deliver your order
When you place an order it takes 1-2 days to process and ship your order and roughly around 4-7 working days to be delivered to you in India . For international orders it may take around 8-12 working days.
Shipments shall be processed during working hours of the courier company and the timeline may vary for countries accordingly. No shipments shall be processed on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time specified is tentative and may vary due to uncertain conditions such as delay in travel, lockdown, strikes.
Shipping and Tracking Details
Soon after your order is shipped, you shall receive an email on your registered email address stating a tracking ID for your order. You can track your order by logging in to your registered account and entering this ID on order status page.
Incorrect Address Provided
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address provided during checkout or Your/User/Customer unavailability at the scheduled time, day and place of delivery , the prepaid amount for the same order will be refunded to Edhini wallet only with deducted penalty charges.
